How do you select coaches for your network?
Every executive coach is evaluated on professional background, ICF credentials, coaching and facilitation capability, and alignment with Mindpurpose’s delivery standards.
How do you match a coach to our leaders?
We consider each leader’s role, development priorities, industry and preferred coaching style, shortlist 3–4 relevant profiles and share our recommendation with your L&D team.
Can participants choose their coach?
Yes. For one-to-one coaching, participants can meet 2–3 shortlisted coaches in chemistry conversations before choosing the executive coach they connect with best.
What if the coaching fit isn’t right?
Matching stays flexible. We review fit and feedback during the engagement and change the coach whenever the engagement requires it.
Is coaching available across India and virtually?
