Our Wellbeing Approach

Awareness
Help participants recognise stress patterns, pressure signals and energy drains.

We combine practical tools, reflection and daily application through four stages:
Practice
Introduce simple tools for recovery, mindfulness, emotional regulation and resilience.
Apply
Support participants in using these tools in real work situations.
Sustain
Build small habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance.
What Happens in the Program
Each employee wellbeing programme starts with a conversation with HR to understand pressure points across teams. It may include wellbeing workshops, resilience practices, stress-reset tools, mindful leadership practices, guides for leader-led wellbeing conversations, daily practice on the Spark app and follow-up integration sessions—followed by a review of participation and feedback with HR.

RECOGNISING BURNOUT EARLY
Know the signs before they cost you
The WHO describes burnout as an occupational phenomenon caused by chronic workplace stress that has not been managed well. Our employee wellbeing programmes help leaders and teams spot its three signs early—and respond:
SIGN 01
Exhaustion
Persistent feelings of energy depletion that rest alone no longer fixes.
SIGN 02
Mental distance
Growing detachment, negativity or cynicism towards one’s job.
SIGN 03
Reduced efficacy
A drop in confidence and effectiveness at work.
OUR RESPONSE
Prevention in practice
Recovery habits, leader-led wellbeing conversations and healthier ways of working.
Reference: WHO, ICD-11 definition of burn-out. Our programmes are preventive and educational, not a substitute for clinical care.
Why It Matters
Wellbeing is no longer separate from performance. When people are stressed, depleted or emotionally overloaded, decision-making, collaboration, creativity and engagement suffer. Investing in employee wellbeing helps people sustain energy, recover faster, and respond better under pressure.
THE COST OF IGNORING WELLBEING
Wellbeing is a business priority
Global evidence from the World Health Organization and the International Labour Organization shows why employee wellbeing deserves leadership attention:
WHO · ILO 2022
12 billion
working days are lost every year to depression and anxiety worldwide.
WHO · ILO 2022
US$1 trillion
in lost productivity each year—a cost that affects every organisation.
WHO GUIDELINES 2022
Manager training
is now recommended by WHO, so managers can prevent stressful work environments and respond to distress.

Employee Wellbeing FAQs
Who is this for?
Leaders, managers, employees and teams experiencing sustained pressure, change or high workload—as well as organisations that want to build wellbeing into everyday ways of working.
Can this be supported through Spark App?
Yes. Spark adds 12–15 minutes a day of guided reflection, mindfulness and resilience practice, so habits keep building between sessions.
Is this a wellness talk or a practical program?
It is practical and application-based. Participants leave with simple tools—such as stress resets and recovery routines—that they use in daily work.
Can this reduce the risk of burnout?
It helps reduce burnout risk by building awareness, recovery habits, emotional resilience and healthier work practices. It is preventive and educational, not a substitute for clinical mental health care.
Can leaders be trained to support team wellbeing?
Yes. We build manager capability for leader-led wellbeing conversations, in line with WHO’s recommendation that managers be trained to support mental health at work.
How do we begin?
With a 30-minute discovery call to understand your wellbeing priorities and pressure points, followed by a design conversation with HR.
What is an employee wellbeing programme?
An employee wellbeing programme is a structured set of workshops, practices and manager support that helps people manage stress, sustain energy and work in healthier ways—while supporting performance.
Does this replace an EAP or counselling?
No. Our programmes are preventive and educational. They complement an Employee Assistance Programme or clinical support, and we encourage people to seek professional help when needed.
How do you measure impact?
We review participation, participant feedback, Spark engagement, short pulse checks and the employee wellbeing indicators agreed with HR at the start.
Can the programme be delivered virtually?
Yes. We deliver in-person, virtual and blended employee wellbeing programmes across India, recommending the format based on your teams and locations.
