THE Collaborative LEADER

"The Collaborative leader" is designed for organisations and leaders who recognise that strengthening the collaborative culture is critical to their leadership development and success. This program can be customised to every leadership group that needs to work in close collaboration.
About PROGRAM

"The Collaborative leader" is a leadership development program designed to break the silos and create a collaborative culture required to achieve organisations' objectives. Participants spend four months working on essential leadership skills to bring a positive and permanent shift in their mindset. This program will be conducted in Hybrid Mode.

The Collaborative Leader program consists of two foundational leadership development areas,
with 8 core leadership competencies. Every program will be customised to focus on the competencies defined as the critical areas of growth for the organisation.

How does it work

This program allows leaders to develop a unique skill set required to engage and collaborate with others. This program starts with a 360° assessment of each participant to identify their key areas of development. Then, a customised program will be created to focus on the identified areas of development agreed by the leader and their stakeholders.

A 360° assessment at the time of start and a Leadership Growth Progress Review (LGPR) survey at regular intervals during the program for guaranteed and measurable results.

Coaching
Group coaching sessions to facilitate the implementation of learnings from the workshop and ensure a sustainable and positive shift in participants’ mindsets.

Lifetime access to additional leadership resources, including coaching guides, videos, blogs, and articles.
